INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Absorb the customer onboarding process and be ready to start contacting new prospects
- Review customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions and determine appropriate solutions and /or responses
- Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips to connect with new prospects
- Proactively calling prospects in target markets on a daily basis
- Answering sales emails and qualifying new leads over the phone
- Achieve the daily KPI and monthly assigned targets
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Excellent negotiation skills and be persistent
- Excellent command in English and Sinhala/ Tamil languages
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent presentation skills both verbal and written
- A minimum of 3 passes at G. C. E. A/L.
- Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy and good administrative skills
- Ability to maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
