Experience in using HR Systems and Sound Knowledge in Ms Office , Canva or Any Other Applications Relating to Design Flyers and Submitting Management Reports.
Hands on Experience in L&D and PMS is Must.
Minimum of 3 - 4 Years of Relevant Experience.
Manage Organizational Communications and Employee Engagement.
Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
Pro-actively contribute to the business decision making by providing guidance and advice across all areas of the employee life cycle.
2.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
6 ‘Credit’ passes at the GCE O/L examination including Mathematics and English and 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferable in HR and/ or Business Management) or an equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 3 - 4 Years of Relevant Experience.
Sound knowledge in Oracle HRIS will be a definite advantage
Ability to work with MS office packages and canva or any other applications relating to design flyers and submitting management reports.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
