Stores Executive 

Job Summary: Responsible to perform duties in receiving, storing and issuing of Finished Goods and Mill Finished goods with meeting the required service and storage standards related to Logistics Department set by the company and the Manager logistics, and to full fill the complete requirements of the administrative responsibilities of the shift as empowered to you by the Manager Logistics and the company. 

The main job functions of this position will include:

• To maintain an effective communication channels with the external (Dealers / Transporters / Contractors, etc.) and internal parties which related to your job scope.
• To update Daily/weekly/monthly Log books & reports on time.
• Responsible to work within the budgeted/approved limits of the Logistics and Distribution budget
• Maintaining required quantity of items in warehouse. 
• Prepare and arrange all the items planed for the day in previous day.
• Obtaining pre shipment approval

We seek a dedicated, result oriented young individual with good communication skills and sound personal attributes for the aforementioned position. 

The suitable candidate should possess:

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in warehouse management as an executive 
• Advanced diploma or degree in Logistics or supply chain management
• Knowledge in SAP and software related to WMS needed 
• Self-motivated and ability to work without supervision 
• Experience in customer care management would be added advantage
