Ensure accurate stock management by regularly reconciling records across the relevant systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all duty-paid movements, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Handle customs-related tasks as required, acting as a liaison between customs authorities and the company to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Perform monthly reconciliation of the relevant records, generating detailed reports for management review to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Manage all customs-related matters in coordination with the relevant agents to ensure efficient and compliant handling of processes.
Prepare reports and presentations on operational matters by gathering and analyzing relevant data, thereby assisting management in decision-making.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field or Equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in stock management, customs operations, or a similar role.
Knowledge of inventory reconciliation processes and reporting.
Awareness of import/export policies and logistics operations.
Proficiency in SAP, ASYCUDA, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) systems.
Strong understanding of customs procedures and regulatory compliance.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external authorities.
