JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct market research to understand market/customer requirements, business opportunities and threats.
- Arrange meetings with potential customers, providing customers with comprehensive quotations outlining solutions with accurate pricing with the objective of securing sales.
- Provide feedback received from customers through customer surveys and one-to-one interviews to support product development.
- Visit customers & ensure minimum sales call targets are achieved.
- Ensure monthly & annual revenue.
- Follow up on payments with debtors making sure all debtors are within the group credit policy.
- Promote new business by maintaining close coordination with overseas offices whilst promoting and securing new revenue streams.
- Provide/share information to/with internal and external stakeholders (customers, principal) in an accurate, consistent and timely manner.
- Ensure a consistency of service quality by following standard operating processes/procedures and driving organizations quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in developing air and sea exports products.
- Follow up on debtors to collect payments within credit period.
- Submit new credit approvals with accurate details and supporting documents and update credit approvals in a timely manner.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
- Bachelor’s degree approved by UGC or Equivalent professional qualification in Marketing.
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills in both English (written and oral).
- Energetic and Outgoing personality.
- Basic Knowledge on MS office packages.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
