Haycarb PLC is the world’s largest manufacturer of coconut shell-based activated carbon with operations in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia, USA, Australia and Europe. Haycarb seeks an enthusiastic and hardworking individual for the following position in its Head Office located in Colombo 10. 

Based on the requirement of the organization, should be able to be at the factories for short stays.

Position Vacant: Executive - Sales and Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Overseeing operational activities of the sales department
2.    Aligning with international customers
3.    Coordinating business development activities

Candidate Profile:

1. A bachelor's degree from a recognized university in the field of Science with Chemistry as a subject
2. Excellent knowledge of English – Speaking / Reading / Writing (Essential)
3. Knowledge of basic data analysis and computer literacy is required.
4. Knowledge or a basic qualification in marketing would be an added advantage
5. Since this is an entry-level position, previous experience is not a prerequisite. However, 6 months or more work experience would be an added advantage
6. Customer service and relationship building skills are essential and confidence in ideas delivery is a must
7. Excellent coordination skills as this role will require a lot of coordination between several parties
8. Should be a sociable team player
