Job Responsibilities

Involvement in process development and improvement projects.
Development of new products, new product variants and providing samples for customer requests as per the customer/marketing requirement
Involve in the commercialization of new products and new product variants
Work closely with staff from Marketing, Finance, Production, and Engineering departments as well as from other disciplines for cross functional team-based projects

Person’s Profile

BSc in Polymer Science and Technology/Chemistry/Chemical and Process Engineering/Material Engineering
Minimum 02-03 years’ experience in similar capacity
Exposure to latex dipped products industry would be a definite advantage
Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
