EXECITVE - REGIONAL SALES - NORTH CENTRAL AND SABARAGAMUWA PROVINCES (2 POSITIONS)
Job Summary
Managing key accounts of the sales division of the dealers in the western province and guiding and developing the sales of the dealers including getting orders, handling debt collection, promoting products and providing technical details, including shop drawings, arranging samples, reports etc. to the dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an effective sales / marketing strategies, along with short-term and long-term plans, to drive growth in dealer sales, achieve profitability, and meet collection targets through effective management of key dealers.
- Implement the established business plan to expand our dealers by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Consultants, Architects, Builders, Contractors, Fabricators, Engineers, Government Authorities, Interior Designers, and others, ensuring a robust company presence in the designated area.
- Penetrate the market and increase customer awareness about our services and product offerings, which include Doors, Windows, Curtain Walls, Shop Fronts, Partitions, Louvres, Handrails, Sliding Systems, Shower Cubicles, Pipes, and Tubes etc. Understand clients' needs and provide innovative solutions through product recommendations while promptly addressing customer inquiries.
- Plan and execute training programmes, awareness sessions and other events to enhance customer knowledge and strengthen customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing or partial qualifications from SLIM or CIM (UK).
- Successful completion of GCE Advance Level, preferably in the Mathematics or Science stream.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive role with exposure to corporate sales, preferably in the Building Materials, Engineering Products or Aluminium industry with corporate clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An engineering background is considered as an added advantage
