Executive - Production

Production Executive: 

The Production Executive will play a vital role in overseeing daily production operations to ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe production of aluminum profiles. This position reports to the Production Manager and requires a proactive individual capable of driving production KPIs and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

The main job functions of this position will include,

• Production Oversight: Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production schedules are met and that output aligns with quality standards.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources to meet production demands.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving production goals.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety across production activities.

The suitable candidate should possess,

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production within a reputed large scale manufacturing industry.
• A HND or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in production planning systems (such as SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
