Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, engagement, thereby build morale and help to enhance productivity and employee retention.
Ensure necessary training for staff are provided by identifying training needs in a timely manner.
Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
Pro-actively contribute to the business decision making by providing guidance and advice across all areas of the employee life cycle.
Drive Performance Management System and ensure the process is followed.
Manage Organizational Communications and Employee Engagement.
2. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
6 ‘Credit’ passes at the GCE O/L examination including Mathematics and English and 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferable in HR and/ or Business Management) or an equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 3 - 4 Years of Relevant Experience.
Sound knowledge in Oracle HRIS will be a definite advantage
Ability to work with MS office packages and canva or any other applications relating to design flyers and submitting management reports.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong analytical skills & excellent communication skills
