Executive - HR
We seek an enthusiastic dynamic, results-oriented individual to be recruited as Executive - HR.
Job Role
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Handle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Support the performance appraisal process, including scheduling, tracking, and follow-up.
- Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Monitor and report on employee performance metrics.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
