Executive - Finance
1. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Prepare invoices by following the guidelines given in the tariff sheets in order to ensure charges are invoiced to the customer timely and accurately.
• Coordinate payments with COE and ensure those are arranged as per group guidelines
• Payment of cash for petty cash vouchers and ATFs by following the cashiering guidelines.
• Check and receive daily OT collections to ensure safety of cash in hand while adhering to group policies.
• Handling cheque payments as per group finical guidelines
• Follow-up SVAT matters with IRD to ensure no assessment raised relating to SVAT.
• Ensure the company records/files are properly maintained, update and safe guarded as per ISO procedures.
• Carryout physical stock and fixed assets verifications in order to ensure accuracy of the valuations.
• Assist on both Internal & External audits with the required information timely.
• Ensure to provide timely and accurate financial reports to management
2. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
• 6 passes at GCE O/L with A pass for Maths
• A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination
• Part qualification in either CIMA/ACA/ACCA
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in the accounting field.
• Advance knowledge on Microsoft office packages and experience in SAP
