Executive – Facility Management
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily utility requirements such as communication, electricity, fuel, water, and office equipment by coordinating with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct regular inspections, provide guidance to cleaning staff, and oversee yard maintenance to ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment.
- Oversee stores management, including inventory monitoring, goods receipt and issuance, job record maintenance, and the preparation of management reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols, organize security meetings, and collaborate with the Group Security Manager to safeguard company assets effectively.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with neighbors, law enforcement, local authorities, and environmental organizations to uphold and enhance the company’s corporate image.
- Implement the organization’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policy to ensure a safe workplace, achieve compliance with safety audits, and maintain a zero-accident record.
- Maintain and enforce the ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ensuring zero non-conformities and keeping all quality records up to date.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the Transportation & logistics industry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Confident communication with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Professional Qualification in Facility Management.
- A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination with a distinction pass for mathematics at the GCE O/L
