Job Responsibilities
- Manage Electrical Engineering operation of the plant
- Handle PLC and Instrumentation control system of plant and machineries
- Managed Robots, VSD operating systems
- Handle factory Engineering operation with managing engineering technicians
- Plan and do preventive maintenance works of the machineries with SAP PM module
- Organizing routine servicing schedules of generators, air compressors, boilers and thermal heaters
- Coordinating with production and other operations on maintenance planning activities
- Maintaining a computer based preventive maintenance system
- Coordinating with maintenance and operation personnel to ensure efficient work management
Person’s Profile
- A degree preferably relating to Engineering or NDT Electrical from a recognized University
- MBA/MSc from a recognized University would be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in Manufacturing sector
- Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English and Sinhala
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong results orientation
- Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite
