Use analytical methods and tools to understand, analyze, predict, improve the “AS-IS” process to be moved to a centralized function.
Initiate and drive process streamlining, automation and other improvement projects using PDCA/Lean six sigma/DMAIC methodologies
Brainstorming best practice for the process design.
Preparing tasks in the project time line considering the operating model and requirements for the operation and track progress.
Analyze systems that can support processes and support implement same.
Acquire knowledge on new trends, concepts, analytical tools etc. in the respective industrial vertical.
Drive process maturity with the process owners
Stakeholder management and ensure governance controls in place considering process maturity
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
Following a BSc degree with course content to support Management/statistics/information analysis/Operation Research/Process Re-engineering and / OR following professional qualification in IT/CIMA/Lean/Six-Sigma /automation would be an added advantage
6 Credit passes at the GCE O/L examination including Mathematics and English
A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination
Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant work experience (Improvement/Automation experience in a Typical BPM set up will be an added advantage)
Strong Analytical & Project Management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team work skills
Advanced knowledge in MS office packages (Expertise in writing Excel Macro, active experience in RPA/ML process automation projects will be an added advantage)
