Channel Sales Manager (Solar Pumps )
The role will involve developing the business and increasing market share by providing customized solutions for products related to solar power. You will be directly collaborating with third parties, sales, and marketing teams to acquire new customer accounts and service existing ones.
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
• Clear understanding of technology development and global trends in the Power & Energy sector.
• Experience in negotiating complex and customized partnerships with relevant parties.
• Strong analytical and conceptualization skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities for Channel Sales Manager:
• Foster collaboration with third-party channels, sales teams, and leadership to secure, retain, and expand account portfolios.
• Attend and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities and develop sales strategies.
• Understand client needs, offer solutions and support, and respond to client requests for proposals.
• Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
• Create and maintain a list/database of potential leads; maintain a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
• Identify new revenue-generating and growth opportunities for Hayleys Solar System and manage partner-driven revenue pipelines.
