Responsibilities
- Provide user support and resolve day to day issues related to laptop, printer, scanner, fingerprint machine and IT related services.
- Install, configure and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Provide IT related support for company functions and training programs.
- Handle all the client-side IT resources & maintain asset register in the company.
- Maintain data backup and recovery procedures for users.
- Achieve Helpdesk SLA targets.
Candidate Profile
- BSc / Higher Diploma/ Diploma in computer networks or a related field from a recognized University or Institute.
- A minimum 2-3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Experience in end user support, network administration, server administration and information security.
- Knowledge of Networking (LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches).
- CCNA Certification or academic completion will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience of desktop central and NGAV will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with different levels of stakeholders both internal and external.
- Ability to work in close collaboration with own team as well as extended teams.
- Ability to work and remain calm under pressure
