Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining the machine spare part requirement (ordering and issuing )
- Responsibility for all the knitting machine physical and programming setting ( 10GG, 13GG,15GG,18GG,21GG) flatbed knitting machine which producing gloves , circular bed and jacquard machine.
- Maintain the preventive maintain for the knitting machine
- Machine set according to the monthly plan
- New operator , line checker , mechanic training
- New design development by changing knitting machine settings
Person’s Profile
- A degree preferably relating to Textile Technology from a recognized University
- Diploma/Certificate course on circular and flatbed Knitting would be a definite advantage
- Minimum 4-5 years’ hands on experience on Knitting machine operations, specialized in glove knitting.
- Knitting machine maintenance and trouble shooting
- Ability to develop/modify knitting machines to facilitate new sample developments
- Ability to develop Crtoch reinforced gloves, knitted blind hem on seamless gloves etc.
- Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
- Result Oriented individuals with an outgoing personality
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
