1. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Gather HR-related data from diverse sources, and analyse to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for management decisions.
- Perform statistical analysis and maintain HR dashboards and data visualizations.
- Maintain accurate employee information data bases, track staff changes and ensure timely updates in the HRIS.
- Update and maintain all HR administrative reports.
- Create and maintain HR process documents, collaborating internally on improvements, mapping the updates as required in the process excellence program.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) maintaining and updating the HRIS core system.
- Be responsible in gathering inputs for payroll and related reports
- Responsible for all administrative matters related to employee life cycle.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
2. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
- Degree / Professional Qualification in general management, or data analytics.
- Part / full professional qualification in HRM
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with exposure in relevant areas.
- Effective communication in both English and Sinhala and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy and conversant in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
