ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE (personal assistant)
Job Requirements
Should have completed Diploma in Business Management or equal.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administration Coordination.
Fluency in English and Sinhalese is a must – ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage.
Ability to draft letters, emails, documentation and prepare presentation in English.
Experience in secretariat work – Documentation, coordination, follow ups
Sound knowledge in MS Office packages.
Experience in Project Management is an added advantage.
Excellent customer management skill.
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as a direct support to DGM National Sales.
Data, information and statistics gathering from Regional and Chanel sales team.
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
Managing data bases and other operation critical information.
Preparing letters, documents and presentations.
Managing correspondence with external business partners.
Ensure smooth work flow among other business functions.
