JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collate nominations, obtain relevant information from students to formalise enrolments in courses
- Send out welcome notices, create communication channels and groups, and prepare the batch picture and welcome deck
- Carry out scheduling of lessons for various courses (for students and faculty) as per the scheme of work
- Carry out scheduling of assessments (for students and examiners) as per the scheme of work
- Facilitate lessons by making introductions, assisting resource persons with necessary requirements, and conducting of continuous assessments
- Share lesson recording and lecture notes amongst students in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate attendance records
- Maintain accurate records of continuous assessments, assignments and final examinations
- Liaise with resource persons to acquire learning materials, lecture notes, videos etc.
- Coordinate and follow up with Finance to ensure invoicing and collection of course fees as per the agreed timelines
- Facilitate invoicing and collection of fees for programmes
- Proactive engagement with all HR BPs, SBU/SSU Heads, existing and prospective faculty members to drive a learning culture within ADV
- Scheduling and collating all HRBP Review Data including SLA Tracker
- Ensure all overseas HR related requests are delivered on time in full to the satisfaction all the stakeholders.
- Act as a HRBP to certain units
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the Management field or HRM or related field or similar professional qualification
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or internship
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Good skills in communicating in English Language
