GuardRails is looking for an experienced and talented Support Engineer L2 to join our team! As our Support Engineer L2, you will be working with a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers. GuardRails is supporting a growing number of users from all over the world and you will play an important role in ensuring that we ship high-quality products on time.
You are a perfect mix between a talented software engineer and a SRE and you have a passion for problem solving. You like automation and have great communication skills.
You will be our first line of defense, directly interfacing with our customers and handling support requests, understanding and helping fix their issues but also proactively contribute in improving the overall resiliency of the system.
You are a highly motivated, experienced, and well organized Support Engineer who takes pride in the work you do.
