ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
For the past 14 years, our focus has been on the creation of quality instructional materials and training. We have seen the power of what is possible for all students when rigorous curriculum and highly-effective teacher professional development are implemented. In Great Minds® next stage of growth, we have an exciting opportunity to take a bold step forward by creating our very first accredited virtual middle and high school for grades 6-12, built upon our strong curriculum foundation where we will provide students with an enriched, collaborative virtual learning environment like no other. This teaching role is highly collaboratively in a synchronous learning environment to include classes taught throughout the day in real time. One that sparks students’ curiosity, builds students’ character, and develops student knowledge by leveraging technology.
We are seeking a dynamic, technologically-savvy, licensed English Language Arts teacher for our Great Minds® Virtual programming, opening in Fall 2022.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
● Must have a professional teacher license
● At least three years of teaching experience with preferably at least one in a virtual or blended setting, preferably at the 6-12 level
● Experience working in a startup or school-founding environment preferred
● Success implementing Great Minds or other high quality curriculum preferred

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. For residents of the State of Colorado the expected salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00. This range may vary above and below the expected amounts in the State of Colorado. In addition to the Company's benefit offerings, the position may be eligible for additional annual incentives at the Company's discretion. Any offered salary and other incentives are based on market data, applicant skills and relevant experience, degrees, certifications and internal equity considerations.
