The Marketing Engagement Manager is an out-of-the-box thinker who will drive member engagement, with a primary focus on nurturing large market accounts. You will be responsible for creating strategy that leads patients from the top of the funnel to conversion as a patient; an ability to work equal parts of “left brain, right brain,” with the ability to create impactful marketing campaigns, as well as execute and track initiatives that roll up to marketing KPI’s.
This role is a perfect fit for someone who has a breadth of diverse marketing channel expertise -- who is a natural collaborator with strong EQ -- and who is results driven. This role is both innovative in needing to think about new ideas and ways to engage our members while also thinking about how we scale our tools and resources to be operationally effective. You’ll be responsible for driving member-facing marketing initiatives with strategic accounts, including driving brand awareness, growing account registration, and increasing first time use of Included Health products and services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at being at the center of a fast paced, highly collaborative, performance driven job.
With your accounts, you’ll drive the agenda for understanding the target audience, conducting a historical look back to measure campaign effectiveness, and develop strategic communications plans in partnership with our Account Managers. You’ll present at meetings to sell-in campaign ideas, lead creative development, and report out campaign performance. You’ll be responsible for driving utilization at your large market accounts.
