We’re seeking an HR Benefits Specialist to act as a leader on the HR Operations and Analytics team designing, delivering and managing benefits programs for the Included Health team. The ideal candidate is creative and passionate about benefits, has the ability to think strategically, influence internal stakeholders and support their recommendations with robust analytics. We are seeking someone who has a strong sense of prioritization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position and could potentially be done remotely or in one of our office locations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with design, develop, recommend, implement and manage new or revised benefits programs based on changing business needs and labor regulations (this includes health, retirement, leave, financial and other lifestyle benefits programs)
Manage third party vendor relationships ensuring service expectations are met
Work with internal stakeholders to implement and manage the breadth of Included Health service offerings for our employees
Accountable for meeting all compliance and reporting requirements, working with outside consultants and vendors as needed
Support coverage negotiations, services and costs with carriers and brokers
Organize and analyze sensitive HR data ensuring to support benefits programs and policies are being administered correctly
Assist in the development of an enhanced HR services model that supports the administration of benefits program, policy, enrollment and other requirements
Manage benefits team, providing developmental opportunities for growth
Act as a thought leader on Talent and Organization team providing insights, opinions and shaping our programs and policies
Partner with Talent and Organization team on other HR related projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
3-5+ years direct experience in benefits administration, development and program management
Experience with LOAs and 401K audits
Growth mindset and ability to embrace change with a great attitude and build structure from ambiguity
Understanding of regulatory environment and compliance requirements
Ability to organize and analyze data from various systems to draw conclusions and make recommendations
Ability to synthesis analysis results and present data telling a story in a streamlined manner
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
Customer-centric attitude and eagerness to delight and support your employee community
Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, follow-through, creativity, and flexibility
Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under established timelines
Experience with Workday highly preferred
Proficient with Mac or PC and Google Office Applications (Excel or Google Sheets)
