GoFundMe is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own, drive, and build a section of our Donor Experience roadmap. In order to further our impact in the world, you will develop a deep understanding of our user personas, empathize with them, and successfully launch new features that address their needs.
The Job…- Working on a team that partners with key stakeholders and internal teams to deliver product solutions and robust experiences for our donors.
- Develop product strategy that supports the strategic objectives and interests on a global basis.
- Ensure the health of your product by balancing new features with maintenance and technical debt.
- Focus the team on the most impactful projects by understanding the opportunities and challenges, synthesizing those needs into the roadmap, and defining key metrics.
- Manage expectations by communicating progress to stakeholders and partners.
You…
- 7+ years of product management experience in the consumer space.
- Demonstrated track record of creating or managing roadmaps in line with company strategies.
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, math, business, and economics or equivalent in work experience.
- Deep understanding and empathy for our users and the product development functions that serve them.
- Experience driving and owning a customer-facing product that received meaningful traffic or usage for the business.
- System thinking mindset, technical background, and passion.
- An analytical and metrics-driven work style that leverages data to make informed decisions.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills that shine, whether you’re talking with a teammate or engaging a cross-functional audience.
- Natural curiosity, obsession with the details, desire to build the right thing in an ever-changing environment.
