Position Description:The Business Development manager will directly contribute to Classy's exponential growth by managing a team of forward-thinking business development reps. This dynamic team seeks out non-profit organizations to help them take their fundraising to the next level (with our help of course). The BDR Manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, ongoing training and ensuring the BDR team is successful. This role collaborates closely with sales and marketing to enhance the creation of highly qualified sales opportunities. What you'll do:- Hire, train, and manage a team of outbound Business Development Representatives
- Develop reps into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions
- Create metrics for Monthly Qualified Lead objectives
- Empower individuals and team to exceed objectives through mentorship, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
- Regularly report on team/individual results - lead quantity, quality, revenue
- Partner with marketing on defining campaign follow-ups and reporting
- Partner with sales leaders and reps to ensure lead quality/quantity and accurate follow-up
- Work closely with Operations to create and implement new processes, as well as make recommendations for process improvements that impact efficiency and productivity
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of business development leadership experience
- Prior SaaS leadership experience and experience in sales coaching
- Previously trained in consultative/value-based selling
- Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Experience using one or more of the following: Salesloft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Chorus
- Results driven with strong business and sales acumen
- Proactive engagement and communication skills
