You will bring a blend of operational and tactical execution skills to drive alignment across teams to ensure seamless execution amongst GoFundMe’s design, product management, and engineering teams.
The Job…- Help drive decisions and timely delivery of design deliverables in collaboration with Technical Program Managers in product management and engineering
- Drive documentation and best practices for design teams to work effectively, including onboarding, design standups, and our design process
- Update roadmaps and monitor design project statuses in order to flag any risks or dependencies
- Administer, manage, and evolve design toolset for product design, content design, and design engineering

- Have extensive experience working as a Product Designer or Design Ops Manager, driving for alignment and operational excellence across teams
- Are an excellent communicator, skilled in communicating with technical and non-technical audiences through written and verbal communication
- Excel at time management and prioritization. You’ll juggle a variety of projects and be trusted to work with autonomy
- Understand the strengths and differences between product design, content design, and design engineering to effectively manage priorities and work streams

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $150,000 - $200,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
