Head of Sales (Educate Online)

Currently, we are looking for a full-time Head of Sales for an external (non-Genesis) product company - Educate Online

Educate Online - helps children to receive high-quality foreign school education internally, remotely, as well as to enter the world's leading universities. Children from 4 to 19 years old can study online, at an American school and receive a US state diploma for graduating from high school, without leaving their home, from anywhere in the world. Over the year, the company has grown from 8 to 90 employees.

We are looking for an effective Head of Sales who will build fruitful, long-term relationships with customers and will stimulate immense revenue increase and who will be able to build the architecture of sales direction.

Who we are looking for:

• Commercial experience at least 3+ years;
• Sales planning;
• Building new processes in teams;
• Staff training.

Responsibilities:

• Training of team leaders;
• Implementation of sales strategy;
• Sales planning and operational monitoring of implementation.
