Currently, we are looking for a full-time HR Business Partner / Talent Acquisition Specialist (non-Genesis) product company DeckRobot.
DeckRobot has a proven product-market fit. We work with large Enterprise clients in 26 countries, 4 continents, and have HQ in San Francisco, R&D centers in Kyiv and Moscow, and Sales Offices in London and New York.What we achieved in 2021:
● Global contracts with companies that have 1,000,000+ users for DeckRobot.
● We're fully financed: raised SEED round in late 2020 and more undisclosed financing in 2021 and early 2022 sufficient for the 24+ months of runway.
● Profitable unit-economics.We have a unique product with daily use and a target market of 1 billion users. We aim to become the global market leader in 2022.
Responsibilities:
● Construction and implementation of all HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and others;
● Conducting 1×1s and exit interviews;
● Advisory for the line management, providing HR guidance;
● Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues;
● Working closely with management and team to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
● Manage recruitment cycle from start to finish in a streamlined process, ensuring candidates and hiring managers have a great experience;
● Coordinate scheduling and logistics for multistep, multi-stakeholder candidate interviews;
● Assessment and development plan management.
Requirements:
● 2-5 years of professional experience in HR/Recruiting.
● English strong Upper intermediate / advanced.
● Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and can effectively multitask.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proven ability to build creative sourcing strategies.
● Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
● Interest in recruiting and developing skills in sourcing, interviewing and in development into HR BP role.DeckRobot provide:
