We are searching for a Director, EMEA PreSonus Sales , to join our team. This role is a critical role within the EMEA business and an important member of the EMEA Leadership team. The role will lead the sales function covering our UK and EU dealers plus our Distribution partners, collaborating with various cross-functional teams within the company.
Essential Functions:
- Own and develop the relationship between our Dealers and the internal PreSonus and FMIC teams.
- Develop and execute growth and development strategies that align with the global organizational strategy and representation of the brand. This includes the creation and execution of Joint Business Plans with our Key Dealers.
- Support the creation of promotional and marketing plans with our Key Dealers, managing and controlling investments through rigorous analysis and tracking tools to ensure strong ROI delivery.
- Oversee detailed analysis of sales and inventory data to improve forecasting and planning procedures.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for product lines and account management.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge for the PreSonus product lines.
- Demonstrate the ability to present the plan to the wider business at all times, proactively search out input from internal key stakeholders, and use this information to expand the plan further.
- Provide clear leadership and motivate the PreSonus sales team and affiliated functions to deliver outstanding performance to a level expected from a leading world-class organization.
- Liaise with category management to have a clear understanding of product development.
- Monitor and report on market trends/changes and react accordingly to ensure the strategy remains effective.
- Implement ongoing succession planning to ensure the development and retention of the best talent required to drive the business forward now and in the future.
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a sales leadership position
- National Account experience or expertise in managing complex accounts at a high level, as well as direct line management experience
- Experience in change management and transformational design
- Sales director experience, ideally within an international matrix organization and within the Music & Audio Industry
- Good understanding of P&L, delivering monthly and annual business targets, as well as judgment and insights to assess and build new business models
- Significant experience in managing and directing remote teams
- Ability to implement and drive strategy
- Fluent knowledge of the English language
- Extensive knowledge of Fender products
