Team & Role Summary
The Seller group makes sure that merchants can quickly get Fast checkout up and running, that they can provide timely support to their buyers, and that they have visibility into their business' performance. Each of the Seller teams is cross-functional and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of features related to onboarding, sales monitoring and reporting and buyer support. These teams will also be on the forefront of innovation as we expand into new markets and add new types of sellers.
Our Onboarding team within the Seller group is responsible for creating the flow through which new sellers onboard to Fast. Sellers provide information about their business, banking details, organization, and complete KYC. We will be iterating on this flow heavily to improve some of the most business-impacting metrics at Fast, which is the ability to scale, and grow our seller base.
