We are hiring a Marketing Operations Senior Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will play a critical role in executing our marketing programs and responsible for driving insights to inform key business decisions. Your goal will be to bring operational excellence to a fast scaling marketing department that is expanding globally. You will be a critical member of Fairmarkit’s growth in the short and long term. What you'll do
Monitor the performance of key metrics, build out pipeline reporting, and answer key performance questions based on data analysis
Work closely with leadership within the GTM function, and cross functionally with CS and Sales operations, to coordinate activities and communicate key findings to improve efficiency while scaling
Integrate and maintain key technologies to support the entire GTM function including 6sense, CaliberMind, and LeanData
Help develop a measurement framework to assist with spend allocation decisions, campaign execution, and internal storytelling
Build out programs in Marketo and ensure the performance is being captured and disseminated to other GTM systems, such as Salesforce
Work closely with the demand generation, business development, and sales team to ensure coordination of pipeline generation programs
What you'll bring:
Multiple years of experience in a marketing operations role with enterprise SaaS experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and LeanData and experience integrating tools, such as 6sense and Drift, into the martech stack
Proficient using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, experience using Looker or other BI tools a plus
A love for capturing clean data that can be analyzed
The ability to identify and implement solutions that can solve short term and long term needs of a scaling business
A mastery of time management and able to prioritize a wide range of projects independently
Strong quantitative skills including the ability to analyze and interpret data with accuracy
The desire to solve challenging problems in a constantly changing environment
Are relentless in your pursuit of analyzing data to understand trends and understand the why behind changes in performance
Experience with procurement or financial technologies is a plus
A reliable member of the team who hates missing deadlines or providing a less than satisfactory work product
Excellent attention to process, detail, and organization
A positive attitude and the ability to inspire others to win each day and provide A+ work
Effectively communicate results and work collaboratively to solve problems
