Engage3 is looking for a strong Sales Development Representative, International to join our quickly growing company and expand our operations outside of the US and Canada.. The Sales Development Representative, International should be passionate about engaging with a global clientele and understand the intricacies of adapting to the unique cultures throughout Europe, Latin America, and Asia. The Sales Development Representative, International’s responsibilities include market assessment and lead generation, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales through analytics and marketing support, and connecting customers with the right salesperson. This role will also support developing and managing our global marketing initiatives to generate interest in and promote the company's mission, brands, technologies, and solutions through webinars, trade shows, email campaigns, and social media.
To be a successful Sales Development Representative, International, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling, data mining, or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements and marketing events
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Present product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
- Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing / potential customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Ability to appeal to consumers' interests by creating engaging material and promoting collaboration between internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in our company's outputs.
- Generating meaningful insights and marketing materials that are adapted to meet the needs of a global clientele
- Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Relations, or related field.
- Experience with cultural diversity through Internships, Co-ops, Study Abroad, and/or familial relationships.
- Experience working in a professional environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamworking, and customer service skills.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM Platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
