Overview
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who will support the success of the Electric sales and marketing teams. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing, reporting on their success metrics based on factors such as industry and market, and subsequently helping to craft new market strategies based around these metrics. You will also work with marketing to help apply the operational consistency of our outbound generation process to their inbound generation process.
What you’ll do
- Understand the overall sales and marketing processes and details of each sales stage in order to be a trusted advisor and provide insight and strategies to increase close rates, productivity, and profitability of sales through the lead to opportunity process
- Standardize and enforce formal sales policies and processes
- Take ownership of Salesforce hygiene and develop meaningful reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses
- Understand the GTM tech stack and ensure best practices are implemented across all tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn SalesNav, Chili Piper, etc)
- Execute on GTM technology / platforms roadmap, gathering requirements and implementation of new features while ensuring effective user adoption
- Champion data-driven decisions by contributing to a structure that collects & maintains clean and accurate data that is analyzed and presented as actionable information, enabling all users to trust the CRM as the source of truth
- Analyze the sales process & identify possible areas of improvement utilizing technologies when possible
- Manage lead routing process and assign key accounts to Account Executives and ensure outreach
- Identify areas of opportunity to reduce time or increase productivity in the sales process
- Support SDR and Sales team with day to day operational requests
Who you are
- At least 2 years of Sales Operations experience, SaaS environment a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, certification a plus
- Enjoy creating impactful slide decks (Powerpoint or Google Presentations)
- Experience with Excel
- Previously worked in a fully remote environment and are a tech-savvy individual
- Curious and not satisfied with the status quo
- Advanced communication skills
- Collaborative approach to problem solving

Where?
We are headquartered in NYC, with an office in Denton, TX and remote locations across 27 states. Our largest markets outside of the Tri-State area and Dallas-Fort Worth area are San Diego, Denver, Raleigh. We embrace a hybrid culture and offer opportunities throughout the year for folks to get together in regional markets or at HQ. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
