Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations team at Electric. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and fine-tune the systems and processes tied to marketing-related measurement and analytics, marketing automation, marketing infrastructure, and data management. This role works in close partnership with multiple teams across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, Product, and Finance.
What you’ll do
- Improve the lead-to-revenue process to achieve goals through the funnel; as well as track conversations at each stage of the buying journey across campaigns and channels
- Provide insights to the Demand Gen team on campaign performance through a range of metrics and dashboards to help drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (Marketo, Bizible, and Leandata) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
- Work in the marketing automation system (Marketo), including management of assets, integrations, tracking, and reporting.
- Create a marketing database strategy to support general health and growth in various market segments
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Optimize the marketing technology stack to help the marketing team drive efficiency in the execution of programs and campaigns; this could include evaluating new marketing technologies and add-on applications
- Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company's goals
Who you are
- 3+ years of marketing automation or operations experience
- In-depth experience with building and scaling in a Marketing Automation (Marketo-certified a plus) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Experience in the strategy, design, and implementation of the lead-to-revenue process – definitions, stages and statuses, data mapping and syncing, and SLAs
- Strong analytic skills with ability to analyze campaign performance data to optimize existing campaigns and channels, identify new opportunities and turn data into actionable insights.
- Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently
- Flexible, agile, and adaptable; used to wearing multiple-hats
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Experienced working in a fast pace environment

Where?
We are headquartered in NYC, with an office in Denton, TX and remote locations across 27 states. Our largest markets outside of the Tri-State area and Dallas-Fort Worth area are San Diego, Denver, Raleigh. We embrace a hybrid culture and offer opportunities throughout the year for folks to get together in regional markets or at HQ. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
