Position Description

We are looking for a B2B Sales and Marketing leader who wants to join a fast-growing Tech and talent sourcing startup. Who's excited about the idea of helping to build a great company. You will be in charge of all marketing ventures from brand to achieving revenue goals through marketing programs. You will also be responsible for evolving our e-commerce experience and supporting the inside sales team along with creating long-term, happy customers. In addition, you will lead the efforts to build infrastructure that tracks results with respect to our business goals. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, proven leadership skills and able to employ unique marketing techniques. You will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. This position will report to the CEO, Founders, and manage marketing related freelance teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop a marketing strategy and plans supporting customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy including brand, direct marketing, partner marketing, sales enablement, social media, events, and PR.
• Develop integrated communication campaigns to create awareness, build a pipeline, activate referrals, cross-sell/up-sell and create life-long happy customers.
• Create a strategy and plan to get the e-commerce site to meet, and then exceed industry standards to support customer acquisition and up-sell/cross-sell programs.
• Manage and direct the inside sales and marketing teams to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate coaching, tools, materials, and training.
• Partner with the sales team to develop a successful channel partner program; oversee the implementation and growth of this program.
• Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
• Analyze and respond to the competitive environment and industry trends.
• Report on program results and key business metrics(e.g.CAC, upgrade rates, sales cycle, etc.)
• Managing remote freelancer marketing teams for clients and ensure project scope success.
