Position Summary:
This is a high-impact role with a lot of excitement. You’ll help scale our growth efforts in an optimized, data-driven way while ensuring true incrementality. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to support decision-making and strategy exploration.
What You'll Do:
- Understand and contribute to thought-leadership on various attribution approaches. Play an instrumental role in evolving the measurement and attribution capabilities.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams to ensure data flows and transformations are up-to-date across ads platform, MMP, and internal data stack.
- Proactively explore data and identify opportunities to refine our growth and marketing strategies
- Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn hypotheses into actionable and well-designed experiments
- Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the metrics and show where we are now, whether we have achieved our goals and why
- Work cross-functionally with User Acquisition, Lift Cycle Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations to support growth
What We're Looking For:
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to work cross-functionally in the team environments
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, and/or product analytics
- You are an expert with SQL and experienced with Python or R
- Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous work environment
- Communicate metrics and data clearly and be able to translate analytical insights to business metrics
- Experience with MMP, web analytics implementation, advanced bidding algorithms are a plus
