The Manager, Sales Enablement creates and manages the sales tools and materials needed to accelerate the velocity and productivity of the revenue team for their prospect and customer facing interactions. The Manager actively works to understand EVERFI’s sales, expansion, upsell and cross-sell strategy, and aligns the sales materials, tools and resources accordingly. The Manager helps integrate to whom we sell, what we sell and how we break into and expand all of EVERFI’s solutions with our prospects and customers. The Manager works with other Revenue Enablement team members to identify potential resources, and supports the development and effective utilization of those tools.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and align enablement needs by identifying biggest sales and skill gaps, while mapping sales tools and in-house sales materials to company priorities
- Lead sales tool training sessions including the New Hire onboarding training program. Build training guides to drive adoption and continued utilization of sales tools
- Determine and report metrics for assessing the utilization and effectiveness of sales tools. Support the evaluation of new or replacement sales tools to best enable sales performance.
- Collaborate with business partners across Sales, Product and Marketing teams to create, update, and teach Revenue Team how to use collateral and sales tools that support their sales and renewal processes
- Manage the resources available in the Sales Enablement Resource Center. Manage and maintain centralized, easily accessible content libraries where Revenue Teams can search and leverage content to customize as appropriate all EVERFI solutions (e.g., one-pagers, product launch materials, decks).
- Develop and manage processes & systems for content requests
- Manage projects from needs assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation, and build strong internal customer relationships by keeping teams updated through frequent updates & making mid-course adjustments as necessary
- Other job-related duties as assigned
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of relevant experience in sales or sales enablement role, including 1 year managing/administrating sales tools
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Groove, Brainshark, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Experience with analyzing data to drive business decisions
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i,e., Excel and Powerpoint) or G-Suite (i.e., Sheets, Docs, Slides)
