The Manager of Customer Marketing develops and implements marketing campaigns and events for EVERFI’s customers with the goal of driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. The Manager of Customer Marketing collaborates with the Account Management team to establish marketing goals for each customer and defines needs and requirements for customer launch events in order to help customers showcase their commitment to the community and connect with the students who are benefitting from their educational investment.
Responsibilities
- Establish marketing goals for each customer in assigned portfolio in collaboration with the Account Management team
- Develop marketing campaigns and events using existing frameworks and templates to help customers promote their EVERFI education program in collaboration with the Account Management team.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns for EVERFI’s highest-value customers in collaboration with Customer Marketing leadership. This includes, but is not limited to, event planning support, content creation, meeting preparation, etc.
- Establish the requirements for creative assets in collaboration within internal Creative Services team and external vendors, including collateral, videos, social media campaigns, case studies and other marketing materials
- Define needs and requirements for customer launch events, including logistics, design, signage and attendee management, social media strategy, and drafting of press materials.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding in applicable industries served by the organization (e.g. financial services, healthcare, tech, etc.) and how EVERFI’s products support industry relevant education
- Support and coordinate operational activities needed to prepare and execute complex events both virtually and in person
- Other job-related duties as assigned
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related marketing experience
- Project management experience preferred
- Strong collaboration skills
- Experience creating and supporting marketing campaigns
- Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts concisely.
- Copy editing skills
- Experience managing medium to large events
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Experience running campaigns and/or direct-response marketing
- Experience using a Marketing Automation Platform preferred
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management system, Salesforce preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25%
