Where will you land?
As a Lead Data Analyst/Scientist in the Growth Data Team, you will lead a team of Senior Data Analysts and will help them to grow both professionally and personally. Besides sharpening and multiplying their analytical skills, you will help them to schedule, prioritize, define scopes and deliver value to their business stakeholders.
- We also believe in leading teams by example, so we expect you to be a hands-on leader, willing to get your hands dirty in the datasets, models, queries, and everything that your team needs support on.
- You will also coordinate with the other data leads to work on key analyses and projects that are considered to have the highest impact, and risk, or that have broader application scope.
- You will be periodically reporting to the Data Director about the progress of the team and will spot and anticipate the main challenges, risks, and blockers that you are facing to perform your work.
What do we expect from you?

- Understanding how Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence work, or having some common understanding of other Data and Software Engineering related topics such as Frontend, Backend, and Mobile development will be a plus.
- Finally, you’ll ensure that other non-data, non-technical profiles in the company can transparently get access to the tools they need to do their job so that they can feel empowered to perform data-driven questions and eventually get them answered. This may involve preparing and performing learning sessions for people from other departments.
