Qualifications
Ü bachelor’s degree in information management, library sciences, business administration, or a related field.
Ü 3-5 years of experience in records management, with a focus on both digital and physical records.
Ü proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of data protection laws and regulations.
Ü experience with mold remediation for documents, including the use of specialized equipment and techniques.
Ü excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ü proficient in records management software and microsoft office suite.
Ü effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key responsibilities:
Records management:
Ü implement and oversee comprehensive records management policies and procedures.
Ü ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational records management requirements.
Ü manage both digital and physical record-keeping systems efficiently.
Ü understand and execute mold remediation techniques for documents, including cleaning, sorting, and counting documents using specialized gear to preserve and restore important records.
2Project management:
Ü lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Ü collaborate with different departments to integrate records management with other business processes.
3Data security and privacy:
Ü oversee the protection of sensitive and confidential information.
Ü implement and monitor security protocols in line with current legislation and best practices.
4Process improvement:
Ü continually assess and improve records management systems and procedures.
Ü stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in records management and propose innovative solutions.
5Training and support:
Ü provide training and support to staff on records management practices.
Ü develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and guides for records management procedures.
