Position : contracts director
Qualifications :
- degree in construction management, business administration, engineering or a related fieldA master’s degree is preferred.
- minimum of five years experience in contracts management and/or project management within the construction industry.
- strong understanding of construction project management principles and methodologies
- proven ability to negotiate contracts effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- effectively able to collaborate with, and manage, a diverse team in remote locations
