Design and implement cost-effective business and commission models for Dialog Enterprise and enterprise channel partners. Manage acquisition costs and develop cost-efficient parameters for all channels. Oversee annual budgeting for sales channels (LE/SME/SOHO) to ensure effective fund management. Administer and track sales plans, aligning expenditures with budgets.
- Responsible for remodelling enterprise sales commission scheme pertaining to internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible in evaluating commission earnings & structures are in line with dialog business model which is expected from channel partners.
- Responsible in providing recommendations on cost effective models by undertaking reviews to mitigate any cost inefficiencies
- Develop effective models based on recommendations,

- Responsible for enterprise profit and loss account management while identifying all cost relevant to acquisition and maintenance of products through all channels/regions/sectors.
- Ensure all cost identified are properly tracked in financial systems and reporting (navigating).
- Responsible for undertaking monthly / periodical evaluations of cost variances and ensure costs do not exceed the benchmarked budgeted amount and design promotions for retails covered under NGRS and NS/SME.
- Overlook the enterprise budget planning by evaluation of past two years projects budgets, performance and future aspirations of the company along with the new project’s requirements.
- Coordinate and evaluate budget requirements of sales operations and support functions in order to meet company objectives.
- Administrator of all financial, project/programs; ensure that expenditures are consistently aligned to program budgets throughout the period.
