- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, employees, and community groups, to understand their ESG expectations and concerns.
- Communicate the company's ESG initiatives and performance to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other communication channels.
- Collect, analyze, and report on relevant ESG data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Implement new products, services, and processes as proposed within the Division and under the direction of the immediate supervisor.
- Develop Proofs of Concept, prototypes, and define Terms of Reference (TORs) and success criteria.
- Manage the transition to developing and implementing line divisions, guide execution, and institutionalize innovations into Business as Usual.
- Understand stakeholder needs to identify opportunities in product, process, or service innovation.
- Identify drivers and problem scope in cases of market failures, develop alternative solutions, and identify stakeholders and potential partners.
- Maintain existing products, services, and processes within the Division, developing a Net Value rationale for socially or environmentally valuable creations.
- Implement cost-effective methods for project execution, ensuring effective cost management.
