Create academy content aligned with vision, strategy, and learner requirements.
Develop relationships with learning content providers, business schools and ensure up to date content is maintained.
Design learning curriculums and duly follow-up of same through implementation.
Responsible to establish a methodology to enhance professional development of employees by providing a range of learning and development opportunities and frameworks.
Establish a process to continuously monitor and improve the training evaluation process to deliver the desired training outcomes.
Responsible for developing a mechanism to identify the training needs of all employees and incorporate them into coherent Annual Training Plans.
Engage in testing e-learning modules and online assessments to ensure quality assurance.
