The Job
As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with both customer and organizational expectations. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end management, from initial planning and scope definition through to implementation, monitoring, and successful completion of each project. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within budget, supporting our strategic goals and strengthening relationships with all involved parties.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to organize, plan, implement, monitor, and control project progress, ensuring completion within agreed timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; identify tasks and resource requirements for effective achievement of objectives.
- Manage full project delivery lifecycle, maintaining solid relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Actively manage project issues, bottlenecks, and risks by coordinating resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication with customers, vendors, regulatory bodies, and other functional stakeholders throughout the project.
- Drive project completion to achieve anticipated revenue targets and strategic objectives for both the customer and the organization.
- Provide accurate, timely project updates to all key stakeholders, including customers and project teams, on a regular basis.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge repository to document project communications, customer interactions, and responses.
- Offer insights and advice to both company and customer management teams to support project objectives and foster collaborative, win-win outcomes.
