Develop and remodel commission schemes for Dialog Enterprise's partners. Analyze commission data and prepare financial reports for senior leadership. Identify cost drivers and recommend cost rescaling to stakeholders. Ensure timely commission disbursement and effective rule creation. Govern and validate promotions, ensuring timely rewards to external parties.Analyse partner performance and cost structure in order to validate the profitability aspects of external partners.
- Develop commission modelling for internal and external stakeholders by evaluation of existing commission models with performance.
- Establish options in order to change the commission model time to time in order to cater market requirement/profitability/business operation and any other financial etc.
- Identify the gap in business models which operate in DE along with Sales management & Planning team, re-define the models which optimize the cost and business
- Validate with respective cross functional team and proceed with senior management approvals
- Identification of cost drivers for each product and segregation of cost based on acquisition and maintenances of customers
- Compute cost of acquiring and maintenance by considering all factors.
- Analyse and provide recommendation of possible effective cost rescaling parameters to internal stakeholders and management
- Conduct detailed reviews of monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
