Manage SME Sales operations for relevant province and develop new business revenue streams through new acquisitions, whilst ensuring expected provincial sales targets by providing strategic direction for the respective province to determine the deployment of activities to efficient and effective performance always. Motivating the sales staff by ensuring they develop their skills in order to retain existing customers and ensuring satisfactory revenue is achieved in accordance with the present targets as per the company objectives and goals.
- Participate and involve in the development of business plans whilst providing strategic input for managing assigned geographical territory in order to achieve provincial targets for the achievement of SME Sales objectives.
- Establish new strategic initiatives, projects, or tactical methods with the team on a timely basis considering factors such as market gaps, ground reality, provincial strategy etc. to ensure that constant new initiatives are available to drive sales targets.
- Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets while developing new business funnel functions ensuring, satisfactory revenue is achieved.
- Conduct constant visits to the customer base to identify service shortcomings and provide solutions in order to maintain and strengthen the relationship with SME customers.
- Constant monitoring on sales of new acquisitions, up selling and cross selling, weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually and monitor specific products in order to ensure the right mix of products is achieved as per the company targets.
- Responsible for the overall provincial revenue generation including collections responsibility for the province, by reducing bad debts in order to develop the revenue flow.
- Responsible to guide team members by attending critical client meetings to establish proper supervision to close sales deals effectively.
- Responsible to monitor routine client servicing activities to ensure customers are well satisfied with the products and services whilst ensuring service standards
- Provide feedback continuously on competitor information and market conditions to provide necessary information about competitors, customers and competitive advantages
