Prepare the test cases, execute the test case and provide the technical confirmation (Test Report) while ensuring the readiness of internal stakeholders’ processes and the readiness of customer interaction modes.
Assure the total quality including customers’ perspective in order to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operation.
Conduct discussions and share the knowledge of existing product and service with product development team in order to ensure new product meets business expectations and customer satisfaction.
Participate in UATs / Show and Tell in order to ensure the technical functionality as per the product specification through pre-launch assurance (PLA) test cases and ensure the readiness of internal stakeholders processes.
Provide training and notifications to stakeholders on new products and systems, attend the issue and coordinate with relevant operational team to ensure the smooth operation of products.
